At Kuro Clothing India, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
